Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from employees and cross-functional teams.
• Process HR transactions in enterprise HR and case management systems.
• Gather data and complete HR processing accurately and timely.
• Serve as a primary contact for processing needs and SLAs.
• Provide regular reporting on workload, risks, and service delivery.
• Prepare weekly management updates and drive issue resolution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain training docs.
