JAC Recruitment Consultant in Singapore seeks an energetic sales professional to expand the market and drive new business. You will manage client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to hit monthly targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Japanese language ability is essential to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B/corporate sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Japanese language proficiency to align with clients seamlessly.

Responsabilités

• Expand market through direct mailing, cold-calling and referral programs.
• Understand clients' business challenges and goals.
• Manage customer relationships to develop new business with existing and new clients.
• Demonstrate products and propose solutions to client requirements.
• Proactively solicit and develop new corporate relationships.
• Leverage CRM to enter/track all sales data and activities daily.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Develop opportunities and pipelines leading to sales closure and monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory payment services regulations per internal procedure.
• Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by Management.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
