Job summary

AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first-level troubleshooting for workplace devices, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365, with focus on SASE and POS systems. The role includes monitoring security events, password resets, and routing issues to higher tiers.

You will also document cases in the Service Management System, send stakeholder broadcasts, and provide timely updates while ensuring tasks follow SOPs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for company systems, including workplace devices, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, SASE, and POS systems.
• Monitor security events and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Track server and network performance to ensure system availability and stability.
• Assist with password resets and account unlocks.
• Perform initial log analysis and route issues to higher-tier support or the appropriate Resolver Team.
• Record and manage all transactions and cases within the Service Management System.
• Send broadcast notifications to relevant stakeholders when required.
• Provide timely status updates and follow up on escalated cases until closure, in line with SLAs.
• Ensure all daily tasks are carried out in accordance with SOPs.
