Understanding Windows/macOS environments, basic server administration, and networking fundamentals will help you contribute to digital workplace initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS hardware/software.
• Able to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• User support: allocate resources to meet SLAs and support evolving needs.
• IT services: assist with issues reported by staff and ensure smooth running of devices and printers.
• Update and maintain technical docs; set up equipment for onboarding/offboarding.
• Foster collaboration between IT helpdesk and other IT teams to resolve issues.
• continuously assess and improve helpdesk processes to boost productivity.
• Evaluate emerging tools to enhance helpdesk capabilities, including automation.
