Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking an IT Support professional responsible for delivering help desk services, troubleshooting desktop and infrastructure issues, and maintaining both on-premises and cloud IT environments across multiple offices.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in CS/IT with at least 5 years MIS experience, familiarity with Windows Servers, cloud systems, routers and switches, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years MIS or related experience.
• ITIL Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Working experience with Windows Servers, Cloud systems, routers and network switches.
• Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative and confidence.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, can-do spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk support to ensure SLA-aligned service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop application and infrastructure issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Maintain on-premise and cloud IT infrastructures across multiple offices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of IT systems; perform backups and DR procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service requests.
• Liaise with other teams and vendors to resolve requests promptly.
