Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to support our IT services and ensure SLA-aligned delivery. You'll troubleshoot issues across desktop apps and infrastructure, and maintain both on‑premise and cloud systems including servers, routers, and switches.

The role requires a diploma/degree in computer science or IT with at least 5 years MIS experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of MIS or related experience.
ITIL certification or equivalent preferred.
Hands-on troubleshooting for software and hardware.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Support IT help desk services to meet business needs within SLA standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop applications and infrastructure issues.
Install and configure hardware and software applications.
Maintain on‑premise and cloud IT infrastructures, including servers and network devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Monitor IT systems for smooth operation and perform backups and DR procedures.
Support VOIP, conferencing, and mobile service requests.
Document IT infrastructure setups and software licenses.
Provide user training and continuously update IT knowledge.
