Job summary
Goldbell Corporation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk and end-user support specialist to deliver technical assistance on desktop, laptop, iPad and in-house applications to corporate users. You will maintain and troubleshoot Windows OS and applications, manage networking equipment, and deploy workstations and IT equipment, while administering VMware, Windows Server, AD, Exchange and MS SQL.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of IT infrastructure, system administration, or end-user support experience.
- Hands-on with desktop/laptop/mobile hardware and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online and user accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT Helpdesk and end-user support
- Assist corporate users with desktop/laptop/iPad and in-house applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS and applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Deploy workstations and IT equipment
- Administer VMware, Windows Server, AD, Exchange and MS SQL
- Manage IT hardware and software inventory
- Assist in procurement of IT hardware and related administrative matters
- Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot IT issues
