Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance across our offices, including networking, email services, and server management. This permanent on-site role requires hands-on experience with routers, internet connectivity, and cross-office IT support.

The position reports to the Group IT Managers, supports colleagues at all levels, and involves supervising contractors and site surveys for infrastructure projects. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and office IT equipment.
• Hands-on networking expertise including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proactive in IT operations improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, NAS, printers, and backups.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, AD, wireless APs, firewalls, routers, and switches in a Windows domain.
• Manage corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, mobile sync).
• Perform system administration for servers.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Evaluate and implement IT initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infra projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday half day

• Permanent role with comprehensive benefits such as AWS, VB, etc.

• Company transport provided at Boon Lay area

• Reports to the Group IT Managers and supports employees across all levels

• Provides technical support across offices, covering financial systems, operational platforms, and transactional systems

• Requires hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other IT equipment

• Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches

• Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync)

• Perform system administration for various servers

• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infrastructure-related projects, including telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and IT equipment

• Requires hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements

• Strong ability to liaise and coordinate with vendors and users both onsite and offsite

• Proactive and innovative, with the ability to propose and implement improvements to IT operations and projects

• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays
