Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across offices, covering desktops, laptops, software, NAS, printers, backups and more in Singapore. You will troubleshoot network issues in a Windows domain and manage Exchange Server and mobile sync.

You will also perform system administration for various servers, maintain hardware/software inventories, and drive IT initiatives to improve efficiency. Alternate Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support.
• Experience liaising with vendors and users onsite and offsite.
• Proactive and innovative with ability to improve IT operations and projects.
• Willing to work alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot network issues in a Windows domain, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless APs, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync).
• Perform system administration for various servers.
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement IT initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infra projects including telecoms, machinery, networking, IoT and IT equipment.
• Requires hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday half day

• Reports to the Group IT Managers and supports employees across all levels

• Provides technical support across offices, covering financial systems, operational platforms, and transactional systems

• Requires hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other IT equipment

• Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches

• Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync)

• Perform system administration for various servers

• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
