Job summary

HR Focus is seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support and maintain our IT systems. The role covers Windows environments, network and server administration, with SAP exposure preferred.

Based in Jurong, the position offers monthly salary SGD 2,600 – 3,000, a 5.5-day week and standard business hours. You will support end-user issues, document configurations and participate in system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Previous experience in an IT Support / IT Technician / Helpdesk role
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and business applications
• Familiar with Active Directory, servers and network administration
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting
• Exposure to SAP enterprise systems would be an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively with users and vendors
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software and network issues
• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
• Configure and maintain Email Server and Active Directory (AD) Server
• Support and troubleshoot SAP system issues, coordinating with vendors or internal teams when required
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, servers and network connectivity
• Set up and manage user accounts, access rights and permissions
• Monitor system performance and identify potential IT issues
• Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, issues and solutions
• Support IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades and implementation
• Recommend improvements to IT systems and processes where appropriate

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
Alternate Saturday off upon confirmation
