Job summary

Premium Hotel Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support professional to join our tech-driven hotel network. You will troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware, software, networks and business applications, while maintaining systems and backups.

The role involves setting up hardware, conducting server installations, liaising with vendors, ensuring security patches are up to date, and providing 24/7 offsite support on rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related IT field.
• Diploma in Computer Studies/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Sound knowledge of networking infrastructures and web architectures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
• Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
• Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks
• Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
• Performing and monitoring daily data backup
• Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
• Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis
• Any other duties as assigned
