Job summary

Premium Hotel Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an IT support professional to troubleshoot and provide technical assistance for hardware, software, networks and business applications across its hotels.

You will set up hardware, manage server installations, ensure security patches, maintain inventories, and provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotation. The role offers a 5-day work week, staff rates at Accor hotels worldwide, attractive incentive and birthday leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
• Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Studies/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field of study
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in networking infrastructures and web architectures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
• Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
• Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks
• Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
• Performing and monitoring daily data backup
• Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
• Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis
• Any other duties as assigned
