Job summary

Decathlon Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. You will set up and maintain our systems and networks across retail locations and back office operations, ensuring smooth shopping experiences for customers.

You will handle device provisioning, network troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation, with opportunities to travel between stores and participate in our internal academy and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (onsite and offsite) for retail locations and back office.
• Set up new IT devices and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems and networks.
• Handle back-end processes for opening new stores.
• Manage inventory of IT devices.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors.
• Evaluate and test hardware and software.
• Document IT processes.
• Be willing to travel to different locations for job tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc IT tasks as required.
