Job summary

FOOD COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. seeks a detail‑oriented IT support professional to handle first‑line technical issues, outages, and incident response across outlets. You will troubleshoot laptops, printers, POS, CCTV, and network gear, while supporting cloud services and security compliance.

This role includes on‑site outlet visits and remote assistance for overseas teams, asset management, and documenting resolutions in JIRA. A diploma in IT and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and system administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Google Workspace, Zoom Phone, and common business systems.
• Good understanding of IT asset management and security practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as first responder for P1 IT incidents to minimize disruption and ensure timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users (laptops, printers, POS, CCTV, network equipment).
• Provide user support for IT matters across F&B and Beauty Group.
• Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network.
• Maintain records of IT hardware/software inventory and assets.
• Document issue resolutions and steps in JIRA for knowledge sharing.
• Manage user accounts and access in compliance with security protocols.
• Support cloud operations including AWS server monitoring, backups, and security compliance.
• Conduct on-site outlet support and remote support for overseas teams as needed.
• Assist with IT project implementations and escalate to 2nd level support when required.
• Participate in security audits and PDPA compliance activities.
