Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Familiar with Windows / Windows Server environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience in desktop software support and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support (hardware, software, network)
• Maintain Windows OS and Windows Server environments
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi‑Fi, basic TCP/IP)
• Support desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams)
• Provide meeting room and AV support
• Manage user accounts and IT equipment
