Job summary

ORIENTAL AVIATION INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician at Changi Business Park, Singapore. The role covers desktop and peripheral troubleshooting, OS/hardware setup, and end-user support within a 1-year renewable contract.

The position requires 1–3 years of IT support experience, knowledge of Windows/macOS, and basic TCP/IP concepts. A Nitec/Diploma in IT or related field is preferred, with a 9-6 workday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Set up network printers and user workstations.
• Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus checks.
