Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive to join their team in East Singapore, focusing on maintaining and supporting IT systems for an expanding operation. The role involves hardware, software and network troubleshooting, with hands-on setup of Windows 11 desktops, network devices, and basic end-user training.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS and has IT support or technical support experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, network devices and software, including Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Provide IT support and basic training to end users.
• Manage incidents, tasks and service requests in accordance with agreed service level requirements.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and service renewals.
• Provide IT support during annual building power outage and emergency support for data rooms.
• Support warehouse IT equipment, including handheld/mobile computers, barcode scanners and printers.
• Assist with the setup and support of warehouse systems and related IT equipment.
