Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore's East region is seeking an IT Executive to join the team and sustain a high-performing infrastructure. You will handle hardware, software, network issues and provide first-line support.

The role focuses on setting up Windows 11 devices, managing incidents and service requests, and assisting with warehouse IT equipment and systems. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, network devices and software, including Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Provide IT support and basic training to end users.
• Manage incidents, tasks and service requests in accordance with agreed service level requirements.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and service renewals.
• Provide IT support during annual building power outage and emergency support for data rooms.
• Support warehouse IT equipment, including handheld/mobile computers, barcode scanners and printers.
• Assist with the setup and support of warehouse systems and related IT equipment.

Our client is in the Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a IT Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Key Responsibilities:
