Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer to implement, customize and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WCS) and Material Flow Controls. The role involves project delivery, troubleshooting and customer support for warehouse automation solutions across locations.

You will design and deploy WMS/WCS applications, coordinate tasks, analyze client requirements and contribute to RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, with frequent travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of software application experience with WMS/WCS and Material Flow Control (MFC).
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL, with programming experience in C# and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, configure and troubleshoot WMS/WCS applications, including ongoing system maintenance, administration and customer support.
• Manage software and service project activities, coordinate interdependent tasks and resources, and support testing, commissioning and timely project completion.
• Gather and analyse client requirements, develop technical solutions and proposals, and support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and technical presentations.
• Provide troubleshooting, system recovery and audit support to customers, including hotline/on-call duties, while supporting project execution and commissioning locally and overseas when required.

We are seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WCS) and Material Flow Controls. You will work across software implementation, customisation, troubleshooting and project delivery while supporting warehouse automation solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, IT networks, hardware, software and database environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, technical communication and project coordination skills; able to provide standby/on-call support and travel overseas when required.
