Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is assisting an engineering client in Singapore, seeking an IT Executive to join the team in the East. The role involves hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networks, with responsibility for setting up Windows 11 desktops and laptops and providing end-user training.

Candidate should have IT/degree qualifications and experience in IT or desktop support, with a bonus for familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, network devices and software, including Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Provide IT support and basic training to end users.
• Manage incidents, tasks and service requests in accordance with agreed service level requirements.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and service renewals.
• Provide IT support during annual building power outage and emergency support for data rooms.
• Support warehouse IT equipment, including handheld/mobile computers, barcode scanners and printers.
• Assist with the setup and support of warehouse systems and related IT equipment.
