Job summary

Commonwealth Logistics II PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Support Associate to deliver Level 1 application support for WMS/EDI/TMS and assist in IT project implementations. The role requires handling SIT/UAT, coordinating deployments, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Diploma/ Degree in CS/IT, at least 2 years in application support, and warehouse/logistics experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years Level 1 application support and software project implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows PC support.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and server environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Warehouse or logistics experience with WMS and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for core business applications (WMS, EDI, TMS).
• Manage change requests and support IT projects including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Troubleshoot systems and coordinate vendor-driven issue resolution.
• Provide end-user support including onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and software licenses.
• Assist in IT procurement and compliance tracking.
