Job summary

Contfinity PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide timely technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365, and help maintain secure IT environments for clients.

You will diagnose incidents, assist with onboarding, coordinate with vendors, document procedures, and deliver clear updates while working both remotely and on client sites across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT support or desktop support; fresh graduates considered.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows desktops and MS 365 administration.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection, backup, patch management and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support via phone, email, remote, and on-site.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, OS, and business apps.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, DNS/DHCP connectivity.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint security, backup, patching, monitoring per security requirements.
• Set up and decommission user accounts and equipment for onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain hardware/software/licensing and asset inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams; provide progress updates through to closure.
• Prepare technical documentation, support reports, and SOPs.
