Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer - L1 in Singapore to provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. The role includes on-site and remote troubleshooting, ticketing, and user guidance in a dynamic environment.

The position requires prior IT support experience, solid knowledge of common IT concepts, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided; the job is a Monday–Friday, on-site role at Redhill with a basic salary in the SGD range stated.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, helpdesk or desktop support.
Knowledge of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
Willing to learn; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT support to end-users for hardware, software, network and peripheral-related issues.
Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and related IT equipment.
Assist with system installation, configuration, migration and basic maintenance activities.
Respond to IT support requests via helpdesk, phone, email and remote support tools.
Log, track and update service tickets, ensuring issues are followed up and resolved within required timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, escalating more complex problems to Level 2/3 support when required.
Maintain clear documentation of troubleshooting steps, solutions and completed support activities.
Provide professional customer service and keep users informed on the progress of their support requests.
