Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an L1 IT support professional to handle internal system support during shifts and adhere to standard operating procedures.

The role includes hands-on troubleshooting of IT issues and user support across computers, printers, and IT appliances. The package features a basic salary of SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,000 per month, a monthly bonus of SGD 335, AWS & variable bonus, and a monthly shift allowance of SGD 17 per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 IT internal system support during shift per SOP and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support or higher when needed.
• Troubleshoot L1 IT infra and network issues and escalate to IT infra engineer or vendors during urgent situations.
• Serve as the first point of contact to internal users for computer, printer, and IT appliances usage issues.
• Assist security engineers with routine security tasks during shift.
• Assist with IT system and apps installation, configuration, support and update IT assets and licenses during shift.
• Regularly perform internal IT audits and log any non-compliance detected per IT policies.

Job description

• Basic salary : $3500 to $5000

• Monday - Friday; 11pm - 7pm

• Additional Monthly Bonus : $335

Job Responsibilities

• Assist L1 IT infra and/or network issue first hand troubleshooting and elevate to IT infra engineer and/or IT vendors upon urgent situation

• Serve as first point of contact to internal users for their computer, printer, and various IT appliances and system usage issue

• Assist security engineers to carry out security routine work during shift

• Assist for IT system and apps installation, configuration, support and proper update IT assets and licenses info during shift work.

• Regularly perform internal IT audit and review based on defined IT policies and procedures, and log any non-compliance detected during shift
