Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a competent IT Support Technician to provide on-site and off-site assistance for multiple client sites. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, networks, and systems to meet SLA commitments, with travel to various sites as required.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in IT, has experience in desktop support, Windows OS, and basic networking, and is prepared for rotating AM/PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
• Experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.
• Experience in customer support environment is advantageous.
• Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites.
• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM 8AM–8PM; PM 8PM–8AM).
