Job summary

SANCRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Singapore team.

You will perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers and IT infrastructure, with a focus on Linux administration and basic CCTV systems. The role requires hands-on hardware, cabling, and connectivity testing, plus collaborative problem solving. You will document issues, support infrastructure projects, and work night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related.
• ≥1 year experience in IT support, system engineering, or infrastructure.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge.
• Basic CCTV installation and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Understanding of servers, networking, and IP addressing.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and operate independently or in a team.
• Willing to work night shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and IT infrastructure.
