Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer - L1 in Singapore to provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. The role includes on-site and remote troubleshooting, ticketing, and user guidance in a dynamic environment.

The position requires prior IT support experience, solid knowledge of common IT concepts, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided; the job is a Monday–Friday, on-site role at Redhill with a basic salary in the SGD range stated.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support to end-users for hardware, software, network and peripheral-related issues.
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and related IT equipment.
• Assist with system installation, configuration, migration and basic maintenance activities.
• Respond to IT support requests via helpdesk, phone, email and remote support tools.
• Log, track and update service tickets, ensuring issues are followed up and resolved within required timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, escalating more complex problems to Level 2/3 support when required.
• Maintain clear documentation of troubleshooting steps, solutions and completed support activities.
• Provide professional customer service and keep users informed on the progress of their support requests.

Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000
