Job summary

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. in Clementi, Singapore is seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer (West) to join on-site operations. The role focuses on end-user support, incident handling, and coordination with vendors for IT equipment.

You will assist IT Specialists, help deploy new IT projects, manage patching and onboarding/offboarding, and maintain documentation while upholding company IT policies. Minimum 1 year experience and an ITE/diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Level 1 IT Support with end-user experience required.
• ITE or Diploma in Computer-related field required.
• Team player with initiative to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Projects
• Assists IT Specialist in daily IT operation tasks.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT-related projects across the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors for Zebra mobile computers, tablets and IT equipment repair and related services.
• Provide IT technical support to end users (PC hardware & software, Windows & Office, network, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
• Update the helpdesk on daily incidents and tickets; maintain confidentiality.
