Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma with Professional Certifications.
• Fresh Higher Nitec/Diploma graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with end user support environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
• Incident tracking, resolution and escalation with customers, vendors and internal team.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.
