Radix Berrie is seeking enthusiastic interns to gain hands‑on experience in delivering enterprise IT solutions within a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment. You will learn to design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems for diverse clients, with exposure to AD, virtualization, scripting, and ITSM processes.

The role offers practical training across Change Management, documentation, capacity planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with Network, Security, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma with professional certifications required.
• Experience: 4+ years as a Wintel/Windows Systems Engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced administration of Windows Server 2016–2022.
• Strong proficiency in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter).
• Proven ability to write and maintain complex scripts.
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management) and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems for diverse clients.
• Manage core infrastructure services including Active Directory and GPO.
• Oversee virtualization platforms VMware vSphere or Hyper‑V.
• Automate workflows and configuration management using scripting.
• Perform regular system maintenance, security patching, and hardware upgrades.
• Own lifecycle management for incidents, service requests, and problems.
• Draft and execute Change Requests (CRs) with risk assessments and rollback plans.
