As a Technology Specialist intern, you will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT systems, support security configurations, and help with client training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma with professional certifications required.
• Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in deploying networking and security firewall solutions.
• Experience with F5, Imperva and WAAP technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and fast-paced environment capability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems for diverse clients.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot web application security solutions.
• Provide client technical support and collaborate with client IT teams.
• Prepare training and documentation for client staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and identify improvement opportunities.
