Qualifications

• ITE qualification or higher in IT, operations, or related field.
• Interest in IT systems, technology, and operations.
• Good communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with IT installations, configurations, and maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.
• Help with basic systems administration tasks on Windows and Linux servers.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, or network issues.
• Assist with deployments, system updates, and recovery procedures.
• Document IT procedures and create user guides for internal use.
