Responsibilities

As an IT Support Engineer (End user computing) working for an enterprise system integrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems for diverse clients. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Client Support and Collaboration:

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Incident tracking, resolution and escalation in a timely manner with customer, vendors and internal team.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.

2. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
