Job summary

Naval Group Far East Pte Ltd seeks an IT support assistant to monitor and maintain IT systems and provide frontline support to internal users. You will perform basic troubleshooting, manage user accounts, and assist with asset tracking and workstation setups.

The role emphasizes collaboration with other departments, adherence to IT policies, and ongoing learning to strengthen our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily IT operations, monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, printer issues, video conference).
Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate issues when necessary.
Assist in user account management (password resets, provisioning, access requests).
Support asset management activities (IT inventory tracking, labeling, updates).
Help in setting up workstations, software installations, and device configurations.
Document support procedures, FAQs, and update the internal knowledge base.
Learn and support IT policies, best practices, and basic IT governance.
Collaborate with other departments on IT related tasks as required
