As an IT Infrastructure Engineer working for a system integrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems for diverse clients. Your key areas of responsibility will include:
Manage core infrastructure services including Active Directory, GPO. Oversee virtualization platforms primarily VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V.
Implement and maintain automated workflows and configuration management using scripting.
Perform regular system maintenance, security patching, and hardware upgrades.ITSM & Operations
Own lifecycle management for incidents, service requests, and problems related to Wintel platforms.
Draft and execute complex Change Requests (CRs) with detailed risk assessments and rollback plans.
Create and maintain rigorous documentation for system configurations, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Participate in capacity planning and availability management to meet business SLAs.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Network, Security, DevOps) during major incident resolutions.
