Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support across the organization from a Commonwealth location.

You will handle hardware, software, network issues and contribute to smooth business operations in a 5-day work week. The role requires experience in Active Directory, networking and Windows environments, plus familiarity with Sophos Firewall and IT asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficient with Windows environments and Active Directory.
• Familiar with Sophos Firewall and basic network security.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, network connectivity and day-to-day technical issues across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral and Windows-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, switches and other network connectivity issues.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, access permissions, password resets, domain access and basic Group Policy requirements.
• Administer and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall to support network security, connectivity and access requirements.
• Manage the setup, configuration, deployment and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors on IT procurement, quotations, equipment repairs, warranty claims and technical support services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation, and manage IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding.

Location: Commonwealth
Basic Salary: $4500 - $6000
