Job summary

Entrust Network Services Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level IT support professional to deliver remote and onsite technical assistance to end users in a dynamic MSP environment.

You will handle incident requests, install and configure computers and network devices, and assist with Microsoft 365 issues while maintaining essential IT documentation. Structured on-the-job training and sponsor-certified courses are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Internship or up to 1 year IT support experience welcomed.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for end user.
• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and network devices.
• Assist users with hardware,software, Microsoft 365, printer and network related issues.

Remuneration and Rewards

• Potential annual remuneration of approximately S$50,000–S$60,000, including AWS and applicable performance/project incentives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with internship in IT or up to 1 year of IT support experience are welcome.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Responsible, service-oriented and comfortable working with customers.
