Job summary

Asiacloud Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer to service internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth daily operations and quick issue resolution. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage tickets, and assist with onboarding, asset management, and network support.

A collaborative team environment and continuous learning are highlighted in this role. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years’ experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in IT or related fields (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, M365, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
• Teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
