Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT support professional to troubleshoot end-to-end, monitor service levels, manage IT assets, accounts and provisioning for new hires.

Responsibilities span data management, reporting, and governance to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. The contract runs until January 2029 with potential extension. Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE Certificate, strong Excel skills, and ITIL foundation (advantageous) are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of IT applications (e.g., Excel) and ITIL foundation training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring.
• Manage processes and data to meet quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Manage IT assets including laptops storage, stocktake, maintenance and asset pool top-up.
• Manage IT hardware tokens and distribution of cards to users.
• Manage IT accounts including creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion per policies.
• Manage IT provisioning and induction for new hires on first day of work.
• Support rollout of IT projects with stakeholders and data progress tracking; authorize config changes as needed.
• Educate users on policies, processes and responsibilities for IT devices and accounts.
