RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support specialist for end-to-end troubleshooting and service-level monitoring in a Singapore-based role. You will manage data, dashboards and governance records while coordinating with partners on IT assets, tokens and user accounts.

The position includes onboarding new hires, supporting IT projects, and enforcing security policies. It offers a contract arrangement with a monthly salary and a yearly bonus, alongside generous leave provisions.

Qualificações

• Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE Certificate is required.
• Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office (Excel) and ITIL foundation trained will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting support and monitor service levels with internal and outsourced partners.
• Manage processes and data to meet quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboards, audits and governance.
• Manage IT assets, including laptop stock, with partners for stocktake and maintenance.
• Handle IT hardware tokens (IT cards): collection, destruction and distribution.
• Coordinate IT accounts creation, updates, enabling/disabling, and deletion per IT/security policies.
• Coordinate IT provisioning and induction for new hires, issuing devices and onboarding accounts.
• Support rollout of IT projects with stakeholder coordination and data progress tracking, and authorize configuration changes per policies.
• Educate users on IT policies, processes and responsibilities for devices and accounts.
