Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support role to manage end-to-end troubleshooting, asset control and user provisioning. The team will ensure service levels and quality standards across internal and partner IT services.

The position involves data analysis for dashboards, governance and project coordination, with emphasis on asset tracking and user orientation on IT policies and devices. A stable contract role near Hillview, Singapore offers a yearly bonus and leave entitlement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and ITIL foundation trained advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting support with service levels monitoring.
• Manage processes and data to meet quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Manage IT assets including storage and accounting of laptops, stocktake coordination, and central asset pool upkeep.
• Manage IT hardware tokens such as IT cards including collection, destruction, and distribution to users.
• Manage IT accounts including coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion per IT/security policies.
• Manage IT provisioning and induction for new hires on day one to issue devices and orientate accounts/devices.
• Support rollout of IT projects/initiatives with stakeholder coordination and data progress tracking.
• Educate and guide users on policies, processes and responsibilities in IT devices and accounts management.
