Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Singapore to provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting, manage assets, and support new hire onboarding. The role focuses on maintaining data-driven service standards and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Contract position located at Hillview with a salary of SGD 2,600–3,200 per month, plus a yearly bonus. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with potential schedule adjustments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computing / Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software; ITIL foundation training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting support and monitor service levels.
• Manage processes and data to meet quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboards, audits.
• Manage IT assets including laptops stocktake, maintenance, and asset pool top-up.
• Manage IT hardware tokens including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.
• Manage IT accounts with partners for creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion per IT policies.
• Provision and onboarding of new hires with devices and guidance on usage of accounts and devices.
• Support rollout of IT projects; coordinate with stakeholders; track data progress.
• Educate users on IT policies and their responsibilities.
