Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Asset Administrator in Singapore to manage laptops, mobile devices, servers, and peripherals, ensuring accurate asset records and control.

The role includes establishing an asset management database and supporting daily IT and office operations. Responsibilities also cover data definition, wall-to-wall verifications with RFID tagging, handling general inquiries, and coordinating procurement with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in relevant discipline.
• Familiar with Excel formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot table, Formulas.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals (laptops, tablets, printers).
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment; vaccines may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of IT assets (laptops, mobiles, servers, network devices) and user access.
• Create and manage the hardware asset management database.
• Support daily IT and office operations with admin tasks.
• Define and document data elements and data types.
• Schedule wall-to-wall verification and RFID asset tagging.
• Answer general inquiries and perform admin duties.
• Liaise with vendors on procurement and office maintenance.
• Take on additional assignments as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• IT Assets Management - Maintain assets record such as laptops, mobile phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc. for the company.
• Establish the hardware asset management database to track and control all the in-scope assets.
• Support the daily operation of the IT and Office Operation by performing administrative tasks.
• Define and document data elements and types to be captured.
• Schedule and perform wall-to-wall joint verification as well as hardware asset tagging with RFID Tag.
• Handle general enquiries and administrative duties.
• Liaise with vendors on procurement, general matters, and maintenance of office.
• Flexible to perform with additional assignments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals such as laptops model, tablets, printers and etc.
