Job summary

ITCAN Pte Limited in Singapore is seeking an IT Asset Management and Administrative Support professional to oversee the lifecycle of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, track equipment refresh cycles, and coordinate deployment and collection for incoming and outgoing officers.

You will support issuing advisories, manage mailbox queries, assist with small-value purchases, test IT services, and handle keys and ad-hoc duties as required, ensuring accurate recording in the CMDB and timely billing

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management and admin support.
• Familiarity with CMDB and asset tagging.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor desktops/laptops leasing schedule.
• Track IT equipment for refresh and deployment.
• Coordinate deployment/collection for officers.
• Monitor leasing billing and verification.
• Raise service requests and manage mailbox.
• Monitor software packaging and deployment status.
• Assist in assets disposal.
• Test IT services.
