Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to organize schedules for on-site, outsourced and in-house projects and support backfill needs.

You will liaise with Sales and IT teams, handle calls and emails from corporate clients, and maintain accurate records and inventory related to service items.

The role requires at least one year of IT coordination experience and a Diploma in Business Administration or related field; on-site work at Kaki Bukit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate IT engineers' schedules for on-site, outsourced and in-house projects.
• Manage intern schedules for deployment.
• Liaise with Sales and IT departments on after-sales matters.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with a customer-service attitude.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries from corporate customers.
• Answer email correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain service items inventory control.
• Maintain proper billing records.
• Maintain neat and timely updates on service form inputs in the system.
• Preferably with IT knowledge.
• Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Manager.

Salary: $2400 - $2800 (Based on Experience)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm
