Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated IT Project Coordinator to organize schedules for on-site, outsourcing and in-house projects. The role focuses on timely deployment and smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT coordination experience and a Diploma in Business Administration or related studies. The position is based at Kaki Bukit with Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm hours, salary SGD 2,400–2,800 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT engineers’ schedules for on-site/outsource/in-house projects daily.
• Manage internship scheduling and deployment.
• Liaise with Sales and IT departments on after-sales matters.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from corporate customers.
• Maintain inventory records for service items and billing.
• Keep service forms updated in the system.
• Possess IT knowledge where possible.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
• Manage interns schedules for deployment
• Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after sales matters
• Good communication skills with customer service attitude
• Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers
• Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
• Maintain service items inventory control
• Maintain proper records for billing purpose
• Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
• Preferably with IT knowledge
• Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
