Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for an IT Administrator role in Singapore. The position leads the IT team, manages day-to-day activities and major projects, and collaborates with the IT Team to maintain smart IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in IT with at least 4 years of IT administration experience and strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, plus cybersecurity awareness. Knowledge of Promax/Virtual Environment and Microsoft Business Central is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT administrator experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT operations.
• Cybersecurity awareness is required.
• Knowledge of Promax/Virtual Environment and Microsoft Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team and oversee day-to-day activities and major IT projects.
• Coordinate with HQ on IT matters with the Head of Department.
• Design, implement and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks and ensure timely project delivery; improve processes.
• Support sales by reviewing tender network specifications and configurations.
• Assist Project Engineers with network component setups (IP cameras, SAN, servers, switches, routers, workstations).
• Collaborate with Service Engineers to identify and resolve network hardware/software issues.
• Oversee office network administration and IT system administration.
• Provide technical support to users across the office.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the current IT team, and oversee general day to day activities, and major project management for IT. Also to oversee company Smart IT infrastructure, and work together with the IT Team to achieve a balanced work environment.
• Work together with HOD to help coordinate and facilitate with HQ regarding IT matters
• Design, implement and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks, deliver projects on time and improve processes related to responsibilities.
• To assist with Sales in: Ensuring tender proposal complies with required specifications on network requirements. Reviewing proposed design& configuration of system’s network.
• To assist with Project Engineers in: Setting up and configuring of system’s network components comprising of IP cameras, Storage Area Networks (SAN) and servers, Switches and routers, workstations and other peripherals.
• To provide work with Service Engineers in identifying and resolving network related hardware/software problems.
• Network administration for the Office: Managing organization's computer networks, including setting up, maintaining, and securing network infrastructure.
• System administration for the Office: Managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Technical support for the Office: Assisting users with technical issues and troubleshooting problems.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum a Diploma or Degree in IT.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT administrator role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, IT operations, IT environments.
• Cybersecurity awareness.
• Knowledge in Promax/Virtual Environment and Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage.
