Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. procures a Project Coordinator (Engineering) for a manufacturing client located at Kaki Bukit. The role supports ACMV project execution, scheduling, and installation activities to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with procurement and inventory processes. Saturday half-day work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• At least 1 year of project coordination or engineering administration experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work Saturdays (half day).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of ACMV projects, including project scheduling, preventive maintenance, delivery, and installation activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Organize project meetings, track action items, and assist in resolving project-related issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Process product certifications (such as ISO, SGBC documentation).
• Manage incoming inventory by verifying deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers as required.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Project Coordinator
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
