Job summary

SINGTEC SECURITY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT support specialist to provide technical assistance across HQ and multiple sites. You will help set up new PCs, install software, perform system administration and manage user accounts.

The role also covers procurement, maintenance of IT infrastructure, data security compliance, and the ongoing development of IT documentation including asset management and licensing tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and system administration.
• PC setup and software installation experience.
• Knowledge of licenses, warranties and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware and software at HQ and Sites.
• Assist in setup of new PCs and install and manage software on PCs.
• Perform system administration and user account management.
• Procurement, installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (hardware and software).
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing improvement processes.
• Maintenance of system licenses, warranties and any other support agreements.
• Development and maintenance of IT documentation including Asset management and tracking.
