Job summary

SENG HENG ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an IT/Infrastructure support role in Singapore. You will assist the IT/Building Infrastructure Manager with IT operations, facilities management, and access control, ensuring backups and security measures are in place.

The position requires hands-on IT knowledge, 2–4 years of IT experience, and familiarity with IT systems and network security. It is a full-time permanent role based on-site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT/Building Infrastructure Manager on operation and control of IT requirements.
• Assist on facilities management.
• Setup software, grant and maintain access rights and backup data.
• Maintain backup of internal development server.
• Support legacy desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Evaluate new hardware and software to meet company requirements.
• Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance.
• May be required to work on weekends for maintenance.

• Responsible for maintenance and backup of the Company's internal development server.
• Support of legacy desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Evaluate new hardware and software to meet company requirement.
• Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance.
• In case it is necessary, there may be a requirement to work on weekends for maintenance purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant IT knowledge or hand-on experience in any IT discipline is preferred
• At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the IT field
• Preferably familiar with IT system and network security
• Full-Time position-Permanent
